Don’t Let Satan Steal Your Joy (Part 1)

Passage: Hebrews 10:32-33
Service Type:

There’s no doubt about it Satan wants to steal your joy.

In fact, he’ll steal anything he can if you will let him.

Many Christians feel that Satan is out after them personally, but I can assure you he’s not respecter of persons.

He only comes for the Words sake. Satan knows that if he can steal the Word out of your life, then he has stolen your joy and then it’s all downhill from there because now he easy access to steal all your stuff.

I’ll tell you again that Satan is not interested in you personally so it's no use crying or having a pity party and saying "why me".

Jesus tells us in John 10:10 that Satan is a thief and he comes to steal kill and destroy. That’s his nature, he is a thief and he was a thief and a murderer from the beginning and when you have the nature of a thief you can’t stop stealing.

Hebrews 10:32-33 (NKJV) 32 But recall the former days in which, after you were illuminated, you endured a great struggle with sufferings: 33 partly while you were made a spectacle both by reproaches and tribulations, and partly while you became companions of those who were so treated;

Things stolen from us

Proverbs 6:30-31 (NKJV) 30 People do not despise a thief If he steals to satisfy himself when he is starving. 31 Yet when he is found, he must restore sevenfold; He may have to give up all the substance of his house.
