The name of Jesus is just as powerful as Jesus is and we know that Jesus did nothing of His own strength and He relied completely on the Holy Spirit.

John 14:10 New King James Version (NKJV)

¹⁰ Do you not believe that I am in the Father, and the Father in Me? The words that I speak to you I do not speak on My own authority; but the Father who dwells in Me does the works.

Who is the Father who dwelt in Jesus? The Holy Spirit. So the same Spirit that raised Jesus is the same Spirit that dwelt in Him and it is the same Spirit that empowers the Name of Jesus. As Peter preached in Acts 3 that the man was healed through faith in His name.
